How do I book?
You can book by online booking tool,email, text message or telephone. Online booking or Email are preferable and I will try to contact you between appointments.
How often should I get a massage?
The frequency depends on individual needs and goals. Some people benefit from weekly sessions, while others may find monthly massages sufficient for maintenance.
Is massage only for relaxation, or can it help with pain relief?
Massage can serve both purposes. It is commonly used for relaxation, but it can also provide relief from muscle tension, pain, and certain medical conditions.
What is the difference between Swedish and deep tissue massage?
Swedish massage is more focused on relaxation, while deep tissue massage targets deeper muscle layers to address chronic tension and pain.
Are there potential side effects of massage?
While rare, some people may experience temporary soreness, bruising, or heightened emotions after a massage. Hydrating and resting can help alleviate these effects.
What type of treatment do I need?
Each treatment is tailored to your needs and I will assess your needs with you before and during your treatment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Therapy has a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you would like to avoid paying for a session you cannot attend, please give a minimum of 12 hours notice.
What should I wear?
I use towels during the treatment to keep areas that are not treated covered and would require that you keep your underwear on. You can bring a pair of shorts with you if you feel more comfortable wearing them. Stretchy underwear is best, especially when treating legs.
